BBQ MARINATED LAMB CHOPS

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic clove chopped
  • 1 shallot minced
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary chopped
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 6 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 8 lamb chops
Method
Combine all ingredients and stir thoroughly, add salt & peper to taste.

Place lamb chops in single layer in a casserole style dish and cover with the marinade - coat thoroughly.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a least 30 minutes or up to 48 hours.

Bar-B-Q until cooked to the required doneness

I know this is not a Pusser's recipe but it is very tasty
