CARROT CAKE

Ingredients
  • 2 CUPS S/R FLOUR
  • 2 CUPS SUGAR
  • 4 EGGS
  • 2 CUPS GRATED CARROT
  • 1/2 CUP WALNUTS
  • 8OZ. CRUSHED PINEAPPLE
  • 1/2 TEASPOON SALT
  • 1 TEASPOON BICARB SODA
  • 2 TEASPOONS CINNAMON
  • 1 CUP VEG OIL
Method
MIX EVERYTHING TOGETHER AND SHARE BETWEEN TWO 8 INCH TINS.

BAKE FOR 40 - 45 MINUTES IN MODERATE OVEN (ABOUT 170C).CHECK TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE COOKED THROUGH, COOL AND SERVE.

CAN BE FROZEN
