  • EGGS (BEATEN)
  • A LITTLE COW (FRESH IS BETTER THAN UHT.)
  • FRYING OIL.
  • ARRIES (DRAINED).
  • RED& GREEN PEPPERS (CHOPPED).
  • SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
  • ONE OVEN AND NO ANGLES AND DANGLES
Method
LINE G.M DISH WITH SILVER FOIL COAT WITH OIL AND HEAT.

MIX GRATED MOUSETRAP, EGGS, MILK, PEPPERS, ARRIES ALL TOGETHER AND POUR INTO HOT DISH .

PLACE IN OVEN AND COOK UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN AND THE MIXTURE IS SET.

THE ABOVE INGREDIENTS CAN BE VARIED ACCORDING TO TASTE. I E ; MUSHROOMS, ONIONS, ALSO THIS RECIPE IS A QUICKIE FOR THOSE UNEXPECTED SHORT NOTICE RUNS ASHORE BECAUSE IT REQUIRES NO CLACKER(PASTRY) PRODUCTION.
