Chicken Sate

Ingredients
  • 1.8 Kg. Skinless chicken breast (enough for 5 people)

MARINADE

  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup worsteshire sauce
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tblsps honey
  • 1/2 teaspn curry
  • Peanut sauce
Method

Cut chicken into 1cm cubes, soak in marinade for 24 hours.

Put on satay sticks alternated with pineapple capsicum or similar to taste.

Cook in fry pan with non stick spray.

Serve with boiled rice and hot peanut sauce
