Nine -o- clockers

• One tin H.I.T.S.(herrings in tomato sauce)
• Sliced bread.

Simply toast the bread, liberally spread with butter, open tin of H.I.T.S. and pour directly from tin onto prepared toast, and season to taste.

Best accompanied by a mug of steaming kye.
