Orders are dispatched via First Class Royal Mail. Higher priced items may be sent via Recorded Delivery.

submariners.co.uk aims to despatch the Goods to you within 4 days. However, please allow up to 28 days. If your order can not be delivered within this time, we will refund you.

submariners.co.uk excludes any and all liability to you for delay in, or failure to deliver and will not be liable to you for damages, including consequential losses, loss of profit, business interruption or any other losses howsoever incurred, for delay in or failure to deliver in any circumstances, including our negligence.

If an item is damaged or you're unhappy with your purchase, we offer a full refund (minus your return postage). All items must be sent back within 7 days of receiving via Recorded Delivery. After this time we cannot offer refunds.
